HALIFAX HUMANE SOCIETY TO HOLD PET ADOPTION EVENT AT VOLUSIA COUNTY LIBRARY CENTER

On Sept. 10, library patrons in Daytona Beach can head home with books, videos, CDs, and even a furry friend that needs some love.

The Halifax Humane Society will have pets available for adoption from 1 - 4 p.m. at the Volusia County Library Center-City Island, 105 E. Magnolia Ave.

Potential adopters are encouraged to visit the Halifax Humane Society's web site at http://www.halifaxhumanesociety.org for adoption procedures. For more information, please call the humane society at (386) 274-4703.
