Volusia County requests your input on the attached DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP).

This DRAFT RFP describes a scope of work to be conducted by an independent consultant in an effort to comprehensively analyze and assess all aspects of concession services on Volusia beaches and beachfront parks. Ultimately, the independent consultant will provide a report to the county with a range of policy and procedural recommendations for the management and delivery of concession services on Volusia beaches and beachfront parks.
